Month-to-month, because you should be able to leave.
A contract that requires lock-in to retain clients isn't a retention strategy — it's a structural excuse not to perform. Our standard plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice. If we're not making meaningful progress, you should be able to leave. That pressure is deliberate. It keeps us focused on the right things.
You own everything. No exceptions.
Your ad accounts, your code, your dashboards, your data. We never build in shadow accounts or proprietary black boxes you can't see into. When you leave, you take everything and it keeps working. Any agency that retains your assets when you leave isn't protecting their IP — they're protecting a mess they don't want you to see.

We don't make changes to live campaigns before we understand what's already running. The first 10 business days are an audit: campaigns, attribution, funnel analytics, martech stack. You get a written 90-day roadmap with projected impact before we touch anything. Optimizing without visibility isn't growth — it's expensive guesswork.

Take a percentage of ad spend
It misaligns our incentives toward volume over efficiency. Flat retainers mean we're incentivized to make every dollar work harder, not to spend more of yours.
Build shadow accounts or hold your data
Everything is yours — accounts, code, dashboards, pipelines. Documented and portable from day one. Leave and it all goes with you.
Wait for you to raise the alarm
We monitor proactively. If something underperforms, you hear from us before you have to ask. The 60-day milestone review is mandatory, not optional.
Recommend scope before you're ready
We start with what moves the needle first and expand from there. No upselling into complexity before the foundation is generating returns.
